WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
"Are you still a welfare rider?"
call to action

Fellow Freedom Fighters;

            We are facing the gravest of times in our Local Government and in our Federal Government that only you have the power to change. We are looking at very uncertain times and if you don’t stand up for the things that you believe in right now your rights may be lost forever. I am talking about your Constitutional Rights as well as your state rights. We are in danger of having the all houses of the government, the Senate,  the House of Representatives, and the White House all run by the same party. Some of you are asking ‘What difference does that make?’, and don’t think that this situation will affect you. Think again! If the situation doesn’t change to have some sort of balance between the two parties with some sort of check and balance system in place you will lose some of your most basic Constitutional Rights.

            Just to give you some brief idea of what plans your elected officials have in store for you I will tell you their plans. Last year the Federal Supreme Court heard the case about the gun ban in the District of Colombia that ban all private citizens from having any hand gun in their possession for any reason or you would be charged with a felony. Now I don’t really care what happens in the District of Colombia as a state because it doesn’t directly affect me, but I do have a problem with the Federal Supreme Court passing judgment on the Constitution of the United States. This case that nine judges were presiding over was to have a direct effect on the Constitution of the United States involving the second amendment which guarantees the people the right to keep and bare arms, your right. Fortunately the decision came down at four in favor of keeping the ban and five in favor of removing the ban, for if they had decided the other way, the Court would have ruled that the second amendment would carry no weight and be done away with.

            The two things wrong with this is, who decided that the Supreme had the power to even think about changing the document that this country was founded on, and had there been one more liberal judge on that bench, the decision would have spread to every state in the United States like wild fire. Only the people have the right to change the Constitution not the Supreme Court. The point is that without the proper balance in the court of conservatives and liberals the decision would have affected the whole country, and that is my point. If you don’t get out and vote there is a good chance that we will have a Democratic run Senate and House of Representatives that will have the power to pass legislation at will. Legislation that will effect the whole country, like the NATIONAL HELMET LAW, GUN CONTROL AND ALTERED FRAME ALTERED SUSPENSION AND ALTERED EXHAUST LAWS. Finding out about your candidates and how they feel about your issues is an absolute must for any American that wishes to retain the freedom that he or she still has. I am asking you once again to contact you area Representatives and Senators and find out what position is on our issues. If you procrastinate until after the election and the wrong candidates are put in the position to make your decisions it will be much harder to do what we are trying to get done.

            There are races for offices in the state of Nevada that could infringe on the rights you already have and if you allow these rights to be taken away you may never get them back. There are politicians running for office that want to tax the roads that you drive on in the form of toll roads. I have an extreme issue with this. First of all it was your gas taxes that paid to have those roads built and the cost was about double what the roads actually cost due to some “special construction issues” that the contractors came up with. Now because of poor money management on the States part and over spending, the Nevada Department of Transportation, has proposed the idea to turn the freeways in our valley into toll roads so we can pay for them again. Oh and did I happen to mention that there is a law, a Nevada State Statute that forbids toll roads in this state and now without your knowing about it NDOT wants to change the State Statute and tax you again for the road that you paid for with your tax dollars. How much more are we going to let them get away with. I for one am not going to let this happen. When we went before the Senate Transportation Committee, ABATE of Southern Nevada, offered the State a way to increase their budget by two hundred million dollars in increased revenue and tax dollars that they wouldn’t have to increase government to get and they turned us down. Now if you were in their position wouldn’t you listen to an idea that would not only fix your highways but be able to build new ones with a new found annual budget increase of over two million.

            I don’t want to make this to long so you don’t read the rest of it so I’ll get off my soap box and ask you again to make those calls to the people that represent you in government and make an informed decision. Remember if you vote to allow the government to take your guns away you can bet your ass they will be there the day after the amendment is overturned and you are already wearing a helmet that by Nevada Revised Statutes definition is a joke, what will be next no custom parts, no custom paint or even better yet if there are no motorcycles built over 500 cc’s, look how many lives the government can save by avoiding high speed crashes. How much government is it going to take until YOU HAVE HAD ENOUGH?

            Any opinions or ideas should be addressed to me cause I’m pissed.
